This privacy policy describes how the Sturgis & Area Classifieds website, tools, applcations, and services (*Sturgis & Area Classifieds*) handle your personal information. Sturgis & Area Classifieds Daily Deal merchants who require information on the Sturgis & Area Classifieds Daily Deals customers who purchased their offer so that the offer can be fulfilled. In such cases, the Sturgis & Area Classifieds Daily Deal Merchants are only permitted to use this information for Sturgis & Area Classifieds Daily Deal transaction-related purposes that are not unsolicited commercial messages.

Access, Modification, and Deletion. You can see, modify or erase most of your personal information by reviewing and modifying your posting or account status page, by signing on to Sturgis & Area Classifieds or by contacting customer support to review any personal information Sturgis & Area Classifieds stores that is not available on Sturgis & Area Classifieds. There may be a charge associated with such requests but these will not exceed the amounts permitted by law. Sturgis & Area Classifieds deletes personal information when Sturgis & Area Classifieds no longer needs it for the purposes we described earlier. Sturgis & Area Classifieds retains personal information as permitted by law to resolve disputes, enforce our policies; and prevent bad guys from coming back.
